Ian Figueiredo, Provincial of Panjim-Konkan in the presence of Mr. Chandrakant (Babu) Kavlekar, MLA of Quepem and Mr. Michael Lobo, MLA of Calangute, Bro. Frank's long-cherished dream of a state-of-the-art technical institute to provide skills training for the poor and tribal youth has taken its nascent steps towards realization.
